Warranty & Services’:

All equipment’s are supplied under warranty of 12 months after installation and testing, but within 18 months after B/L date.

During the warranty period, if any equipment, parts fails due to the manufacturing problem instead of mal-operation, Benetec will be responsible to give a free-replacement. And the engineers’ traveling cost will be borne by Benetec, if traveling is required during the warranty period.

After Sale Services:

Benetec will give training to the buyers’ engineers how to make proper maintenance of the plant, and to shoot the possible problem which may/might happen during the operation of the plant. Meanwhile, Benetec is always aside to give free consultation at any time after the warranty period.

In case those problems which the local engineers could not shoot and consultation doesn’t solve, Benetec will send engineer(s) to the buyers’ factory to help solve the problems.

Benetec Agent provides 24 hour care/service to the customer in covered area.

Engineering Services’:

Benetec will provide know-how, engineering and process equipment and will provide below engineering service:

• Technological flow chart
• Equipment, pipelines, valves, instruments & controlling system details.
• Equipments layout arrangement
• Construction drawing for groundwork, preparation
• Detailed production operation manual,

Erection & Debugging:

Benetec will send engineers to supervise and guide the erection of plant and supervise the start-up of the plant. As well Benetec can send installation workers to do the main installation works with the assistance/support of the buyers.

Training to the Operators:

The number of persons and subjects will be put in the sales contract after discussion and mutual -understanding, terms and conditions of training will be decided before training starts. Generally Benetec will give free spot training
